Click & Collect

Click and Collect orders can now be placed online for collection, We aim to have your order ready to collect the same day usually within 1 hour, provided it is received before 3pm.

Once your order is placed and you receive your ‘Ready to Collect’ email:

  • Please make your way to the checkout at our store with your confirmation email stating your order is ready to collect, your order reference number as well as some form of photographic ID (driving license, passport etc. this must match the details on the order)
  • A colleague will meet you and provide your order, ensuring that social distancing rules are adhered to
  • If you need help loading the order into your car, a colleague will be happy to help
