If the items you have ordered are not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know how quickly we should be getting more. We replenish our stock often, so provided our suppliers have stock, we aim to dispatch your items within 5-10 working days.

Livestock deliveries can arrive on any weekday. We have between one & three deliveries of tropical plants every week.
