The Prime™ HD includes Wi-Fi control as standard built in meaning that no Controller or Director is needed to adjust your light, a smartphone or computer is all you need.
Simply connect to one light and it becomes the master, controlling all other Primes automatically.
Wireless
With built-in wireless control capabilities you can connect wirelessly to any of our Wireless controllers without being tethered to the light.
Compatible with the AI family of wireless controllers, the New Controller is an easy-to-use set it and forget it solution. If you need more advanced control, our web-based Director solution can be used anywhere on the web or mobile devices.
As with all of AI’s product lines, the Prime™ continues in their full-spectrum footsteps with all the colors that your livestock craves. with 80 degree lenses giving you the best balance of power and spread, AI’s custom lens optics boast greater than 90% optical efficiency and include a diffuse exit surface to provide improved color blending.
At a maximum of 55 watts at the wall and with 13 powerful LED’S, we suggest that this light will cover an area of 24” square depending on the type of corals and livestock held in the aquarium.
HD power
No longer are you limited to using a fixed amount of power per channel, the HD dynamically adjusts power available to each colour, borrowing power from the colours you’re not utilizing. Providing a vivid natural spectrum for your aquarium.
With a spread of 60cm x 60cm, the AI Prime® HD has a peak PAR of 100µMol at a depth of 60cm, more than enough for your hungriest of livestock. Using a maximum of 55 watts, it follows in AI’s efficient footsteps.
Mounting Options
The Prime™HD can be tank mounted via the Prime Tank Mount, Flexi Mount or can be hung from a single wire. The light is so well balanced that it can be tilted at an angle on the wire kit to direct light exactly where it is needed. Mounting options available separately.
Note - When testing this unit do not lay it face down onto a surface, the led's and optics can burn furnishings or damage the optics themselves due to the fact that the optics will focus high powered LED light against a surface that is very close to the optic
causing internal reflections within the optic and magnified light heat.
