Maximum size:
Usually around 6cm, reports of them growing up to 15cm

Feeding:
Feed on detritus found in the sand and algae. Can be fed dried seaweed if required.

Not applicable

Compatibility:
Peaceful, be careful to keep with large Wrasse, Triggers etc which may view them as food. Hermit Crabs may try and steal the shells of Cerith Snails.

Other information:
Cerith Snails are good for turning over the sand, but are happier where there is a deep layer of sand to enable them to do this.
