Maxspect Nano Tech Bio Sphere 1kg

Nano-Tech Bio-Spheres are an ultra-high surface area media which will help cut down on the volume of biomedia required for efficient nutrient cycling, thus freeing up valuable space in your aquarium.

With an ultra-high surface cross-cutting ratio and filtration area, each Bio-Sphere has up to 54m² surface area for the establishment of bacterial colonies. This allows the Bio-Sphere to effectively control the quality and stability of the water column.

The Maxpect Nano-Tech Bio-Sphere is potentially up to 300% more efficient than other media currently available on the market.

The product is available in two pack sizes; a 1kg pack (containing 44 spheres) capable of treating up to 2850 litres of water and a 2kg pack (containing 88 spheres) which can treat up to 5400 litres. A mesh bag is provided in the box to make the media easy to access and maintain. The spheres are easy to clean so can be used time and time again

The Bio Blocks are 4" x 4" x 1" and come in packs of 2 x blocks each block can filter 1425 Litres of water so a pack of 2 can treat 2850 Litres

With just 10 spheres capable of replacing up to 10kgs of live rock you'll never again have to worry about bulky filtration media clogging up space in your tank or sump!

This media has been ICP tested after several months of use and was found to be totally inert of toxic compounds.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day provided it is received before 1pm and payment confirmed, subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time may not be dispatched until the next working day. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you via email to advise you of an estimated delivery date, to give you the option of cancelling or waiting.

Small and lightweight items (below 2kg) will normally be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, and will be delivered within 5 days, usually next day.
Larger orders with a total weight over 2kg will normally be sent via parcel carrier for delivery within 2 working days.
Any orders placed after 11am on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. If the order is placed over a bank holiday it cannot be dispatched until the first working day.
